All pricing generated via our website pricing calculator or custom quote submission forms represent initial estimations. Final project pricing, deliverables, and timelines are formalised in a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or agreement.
Any additions, changes, or updates to the project scope requested after project kickoff will require a formal change request and may result in adjusted pricing and timelines.
All service prices and quotes are stated in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise in writing.
Clients agree to complete milestone payments according to the schedule outlined in their service contracts. Failure or delay in making scheduled payments may result in the temporary suspension of development or marketing activities.
Upon full payment for completed projects, all intellectual property rights, source code, design collateral, and final deliverables developed specifically for the client transfer exclusively to the client.
VSV Infotech Pvt. Ltd. retains ownership over pre-existing proprietary frameworks, reusable libraries, and internal development tools utilized during project execution.
Clients agree to provide required assets, project inputs, credentials, and timely feedback necessary for project progress.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all logos, media, text, and materials supplied to VSV Infotech Pvt. Ltd. do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.
VSV Infotech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website downtime, server outages, third-party API changes, or algorithm updates by search engines and social platforms like Google or Meta.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims related to a project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.
Either party may terminate a project agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches material terms. In the event of early termination, the client remains responsible for payment covering work completed up to the date of cancellation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
